Here at WHGC we have a range of competitive squads, both Womens Artistic and Mens Artistic ranging from 5yrs right through to their late teens. Our squads compete at club, county, regional and National Competitions.

Gymnasts are selected on ability, strength, flexibility and attitude towards training.  Gymnastics is a great sport for both physical and mental well-being, as well as teaching discipline and providing fun and enjoyment of being part of a team.

Both girls and boys squads work towards National Development Plan (Grades) and Voluntary levels competitions, we aim for the gymnasts to achieve at what ever level they are.
